Coho Cove, SE Alaska

A fair weather anchorage on the western side of Thorn arm close to the entrance with wonderful views of the mountains to the south.

The middle of the cove is too deep for  anchoring but it is possible to anchor in the SW side of the cove in 10-12m of water just to the NW of the central fur tree covered islet which guards the entrance to the cove.  Moderate holding on a rocky bottom.
