Only 2 moorings checked by 9th May (but rigorously checked by divers), pontoon due in around 21st May (offering power and water); contact HM not Vincent O’Driscol for availability. Good moorings with solid twin harness and pick-up buoys (albeit a bit messy as both lines tied together) Euro10 per night. Two dinghy pontoons in harbour, one with walkway off – note no exit button and need keypad number (1,2,3,4 as at May 2019); not charged for use of dinghy pontoon. Plenty of room to anchor. Harbour master’s office not manned very often but always available on phone. Tokens for shower (next to Harbour Master’s office) available from him or the pub in the square. Excellent chandlery in Skibbereen near fire station (very small one next to HM office run by him. Fiddle Fair in early May a must for folk music lovers.
