Atlantic Spain and Portugal, 8th Edition, pages 89-90 has addressed some of this information but not all:
A boatyard - Varadoiro do Xufre has opened at Porto o Xufre. Facilities include a 180ton travel lift , secure yacht storage and a 23m high shed, which permits sheltered boat repair without having to drop the mast. The yard owner is a long term yachtsman who actively encourages visiting yachts and provides domestic facilities and a car for visitors to use. Local train station at Vilagarcia provides connections to Santiago and Vigo airports.
